alot but it depends how many rooms and where its at. If your looking for a mansion on the beach could mean millions.
But if u want a cottage in the woods high of 2000

Location, location location! It can ranger from a small 1 bedroom/1 bath "cottage" for maybe around 500K to millions if you're by the water...you might be able to find condos for less, maybe starting at around 275K.

How much do you want to spend? I am sure in Orange county if you want to spend anywhere from $300.000 on up you can find something.

Yo are hard pressed to find a typical house that you would actually want to live in under 700k.......there are WAY more much above that, and very few below that.
