Problem with the Internet Explorer 7.plz Help?

I'm trying to sing up and creat a new account on Yahoo, but when I open the registeration forum, the ativation code isn't displayed.instead that intruder little pop up window appears on the top of the webpage which says that because of security reasons the picture (activation code) cannot be displayed.I even turned off the pop up blocker, but I still can't see that activation code.what should I exactly do?I didn't have this problem with the previous version of Explorer.
And also, how can I turn off the security center of windows.every time it annoys me with with its warnings.

Use Firefox instead. Beats the %#$% out of IE!!!

Go to Start > Control Panel > Security Center and look on the sidebar for: "Change the way Security center warns me" and Uncheck the appropriate boxes.
