He is nothing more then a politician. Ask him if he even knows how to spell Management leave aside management skills & tools he talk about before IIMA students/world universities. The management skills used to improve the condition of Indian Railways is been done by the management planners & executives employed by the Indian Railways not by him. These politicians just read the papers before the gathering prepared by these very management executives & give reply to the questions posted to them which are already told to the railways & these very executives prepare the reply which ultimately he gives to the gathered management students who think that he is a class manager but in reality he is only a very shrewd Actor delivering prepared dailogues/monolouges.

Its great news that Laloo is in both roles. surprisingly Laloo has drawn a profit of 20000 Crores in 3rd consequent year in Indian railway budget, where as the same railways was running in loss before he joined in as Minster of Railways. And his this profitability is an achievement for him. And same has drawn the attention of IIMA and this became a case study in IIMA that how a unit like Indian Railways which was running in heavy losses has turned a profit earning unit.
So now he teaching the students of IIMA that how it happened.
And you know its always welcome to learn from any one.
Because it is easy to find flaws even in good ones but its tough to learn/find good things in/from baddies
So asfar as he is sussfull every thing is fair........
It all is like oneday cricket...... What matters is "RUNS SHOULD COME, NO MATTERS HOW THEY ARE COMMING"

Both. He is shrewd and comic politician able to present in disguise whatever he wishes to present to the people. And he is more so at Centre as Railway Minister.

There must be some other reason for the profits other than management skills. He could never expalin the startegy or road map which lead to the profits convincingly.

I dont think so..what one speak at the highest level will have a solid support of the documents...if all are fake then where is media...opposition and all the fuss will create.. hope u understand what is real and what is fake..fake never prove themselfs...so what is lalu is real in paper as well as in voice..k
