No your computer doesnt meet Vistas minimum requirements. Even if it were to install and run though, you would get horrible performance.
Sorry but it is probably time to upgrade your computer.

If you go to the Microsoft website, they have a small program you can download that will analyze your computer and make suggestions, but it does need about 1G of RAM to run!
