That depends on what type of rock music your into. My personal choice is Fall Out Boy. There lyrics are more deep and meaning full.

umm, good question, personally i think panic at the disco, all their songs are catchy, have good lyrics and good titles :) i think their more... fun than fallout boy aswel :) i think panic at the disco slightly beats them, but ide like them to hear them do more stuff :)

they are more "real-ish"
have you ever herad panic! at the disco try to play live??
they suck!!
but their lyrics are good. just they're pretty fake.
and i've heard from my cousin that fall out boy is good live.
she's like them before they were famous.
and she grabed pete wentz butt when he was crowd surfing. haha

neither they both suck MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE is the best band out these days. they are musically better and lyrically better. MCR are true musical artist.
