As long as you're not looking for miracles, try any temp agency in your area. You can look them up in the phonebook - there will probably be at least a dozen to choose from. If you have basic computer skills, you can most likely get a job doing data entry or database maintenance or something similar for about $8-$9 per hour. Usually you work on a contract ranging from 2 weeks to 90 days, after which you may no longer be needed or they might offer you a permanent position, which in your case is unnecessary. Good luck!

Check with a local temp agency - Manpower, Volt, Kelly are a few that are pretty large, but there are quite a few out there. Tell them you are interested in short-term assignments of less than two months only. They often get calls to fill in for a few days or a week when regular employees are out on vacation, leave, etc.
