it is generally thought that the American gov has been in contact with alien species for decades. whether or not this is true we are unlikely to ever find out, but conspiracy theories are always out there giving us little insights into what may be true.

No, there are no aliens, Area 51 and such are only there to make world believe USA has something more, a secret weapon or such.
But that doesn't exist...
