Quadro nvs 210s or nforce 570 sli chipset, for cad software?

I`m going to build a desktop for home work, so please tell me more about chipsets and grafic cards for cad softwares. I look for some information and thinking about MSI K9NBPM2-FID(or K9N NEO-F) or ASUS M2NBP-VM CSM(or M2N-SLI Delux). If someone have a answer and sugetion which motherboard to use, let tell me and sugest for grafic card.Thanks.

the asus and a geforce fx graphic card! because of the sli! it is a proformance booster! go to www.nvidia.com to find out more on SLI
