YOU ALREADY KNOW THAT HE WOULD NEVER HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOU IF HE OWNED MILLIONS. You haven't heard from him in over 5 months. You already know that he will never pay you back. He would rather steal it from you, if he could. Would you do it? Loan him $900.00 for rent?
Please say," HELL NO!" and tell why you wouldn't do it.

He will not get another penny from me. He should go to his New Bed Buddy and ask her!
I'm no rich girl. To help him now would be a major set back for me at this point. Thank God no children are involved.
Thank you guys so much! Feel free to think of yourselves as my voice of reasoning.... Thank you so much!

I would like to say Hell No, but I wouldn't. I would loan my ex the money. Even though we got divorced, we still remain in touch because of our children. I wouldn't let anything come between my ex and my children. If he doesn't have a place to live, my kids wouldn't be able to see their dad...I would never want that to happen.

Hell No!
He would have a better chance of winning the lottery, than he does getting a penny from me.
Pay backs are a bitc* and so am I. Maybe if he had treated me as a person I would help him out, but he's not my problem anymore, he's a big boy that can take care of himself.

This is a NO BRAIN-ER. You are correct in asking for a "Hell No" answer. You are a giver, and he is a taker, and you have a hard time saying no. Don't feel guilty about not supporting him. If he doesn't want to love you any more, why does he expect it in return. That's a classic sign of selfishness. He has other options. Your just the easiest one. Tell him to appeal to family or friends. Set boundaries with him You are not part of his life anymore.

Hell no! It's not your problem that he can't manage to pay his bills. If you loan it to him this time he will be coming back every time he needs money. Tell him to get a job. So what if he has to live on the streets, he made his bed and now he needs to lie in it.

well... HELL NO!!
lol. I would want to but it would be hard, especially if you haven't talked to him in that long and all of a sudden he asks you for money, are you sure he even needs it? Could he be lying? I'm not sure, but I think I would do it if I had money to spare. But if you're not someone with extra money, then keep it. Let him find someone else to mooch off of. If your relationship was okay 5 mos. ago, but you just never found time to talk, then just give it to him. But if you guys were like... fighting 5 mos. ago, then forget it, unless you have a rle big heart! Good Luck! =]

Give him only a penny and not a cent more. Why? Because he is the type of guys who is such a scumbag that gives nice guys like me a bad name.
As I said give him no more than a penny for his thought and be happy that he'll be in the street. After all this jerk would not help you out if you needed it so why should you.
Screw the bum.

You should not do it. I made the mistake of believing my ex wanted me back but he found out I had 10 grand in the bank. In a few months, he drained it dry paying his bills with a promise to pay it back. When the money was gone, he threw me out. Havent seen a penny yet.

HELL NO!! If he is an EX you dont owe him anything, if he ends up on the streets, that is his own damn fault. I wouldnt do it becuase he is an EX, there is a reason why he is an EX. He should be a man, get a job and pay for his own damn rent.

If you want to help him on humanitarian ground then fine do it. But you should not loose $900 just because he will end up with you, which you say, he has already done. How did he find guts to seek loan from you anyway?

HELL NO... you aren't his personal piggy-bank!
Do you have children? Do you have any other ties? No?
He's an ex for a reason!
Tell him his life is his responsibility... if he couldn't pay the rent he should've moved in with his mother.
