My mom's 50th birthday is in May and I have decided to ask all her friend's, family, aquaintences, and co-workers to send a letter wishing her happy birthday or if they feel inclinded, a letter telling what she means to them and how she has impacted their lives. I know my mother sometimes feels that no one cares for her. She's had a lot of disappointments in her life and I think this gift will just be amazing.

Do you have any other ideas of things I should include in this book, or ideas in general. Thanks for your input - and don't tell my mom - its a secret!!

All of the letters will be put into a book by me. I will have all the letters sent to her best friend and I will get them from her, so she will not see them.

sturdy innovations for the 9x13 length pan. you will first purchase some parchament paper or waxed paper. you will hint the 5 and 0 and cut back it out. place it on good of the cake and make certain its chilly no longer heat. it's going to be much less crumbly. hint out the 5 and 0 with a serated knife like those you employ to slice bread jointly as the waxed paper or parchament paper is on good of the cake. If it is merely too plenty for you than merely frost the cake. Use yet another colour frosting and placed it right into a decorator bag with a great tip. you are able to define the 5 and 0. you have 50 for a cake. you additionally can decorate it with gummie drops out of the 5 and 0 to make 50. which would be much less time. Some pictures with her friends over the years would jazz the book up visually. Also, pictures are powerful - you can have them copied at a local drug store's photo department. Even doing a high quality copy to paper of some of the color and black-and-white photos might work - if it turns out to be cheaper.
Ask her friends if they have pictures and tell them you will return them. Get names, dates and locations for the pictures if you can.
It sounds like a wonderful idea!

Ask them also to include some fond memories they shared or funny stories, you get the idea. You could also try to add some old photos people may have. Anything to get the memories and good feelings flowing.
