Helpppp! What COLORS go WITH light YELLOW???!!!???
am going to a wedding and I bought a light yellow polka-dotted (the dress its self is yellow and the polka dotts are sheer so they look yellow) dress its a V neck, it's about 4 or 5 in. above my knee and i need a good color to go with it im having lots of trouble finding a yellow clutch or anything yellow so I decided to move to another color. Could anyone suggest a color and direct me twords some sites or stores that would have the accesories (shoes, jewelry, handbags)?

I would wear gold open toe sandals,and maybe pearl accessories or gold depending on your budget and style. I saw some beautiful gold sandals with heels(high and not) at Dillards this week. A simple gold chain or pearl necklace would go well.If you go gold,I saw a tiny clutch in gold with some beading on the top at Dillards also. Good Luck and have fun-I am SURE you will be beautiful. I notice the catalog has metallic accessories but that might look to prom-like. If you could find a muted gold or silver (not shiny) or even bronze metallic, they would work.
Don't try to match too much of the yellow or you'll look like a bridesmaid. It's a little tricky since you picked such a summery dress. I would suggest pale cream color for the shoes and bag -- you could even go with a warm pale grey if you are careful with the tone of it. Pale mint , aqua, rose or lavendar would go all right with the yellow. Perhaps you might look for a lightweight pastel silk or rayon shawl in a delicate floral or paisley print with the same yellow in it that you could carry in case it gets chilly and choose a bag and shoes from another color from the print.

i would go with a light blue, an off white, or even a light green. a necklace or earings that are large (not both, it will take away from the dress) would look really nice. the dress is extremely cute by the way. sooo thats my opinion about what you should wear. i dont have any websites though. sorry. maybe you can look at a JCPenny or Claire's.

very cute dress! I have only one question - how old are you? i'm asking cause it can be a difference what to wear with that. If you're young then you could easily experiment with colors - with yellow green looks very good, fresh and good color combination for such seasons as spring and summer. If you're not very young, then colors could be more democratic, nothing really flashy - gold - will do good, even black

Well smth like that. But i see myself acctualy in that dress either with all black cute accsesories, or in all gold!

White, Gold or silver is probably your best bet. Why don't you try ebay!! They have everything you could imagine there and also some gorgeous shoes and purses. Be descriptive in the search box though i.e.. White high heeled shoes, elegant silver evening purse etc...etc.. Good luck

The dress is gorgeous, are you in the UK/USA?try tk.maxx,(tj.maxx if in USA)with upto 60% off rrp,you'll get designer names(osprey,ect.)handbags,shoes,ect.try the following colours:silver/gold,pale yellow shoes,clutch bag,silver bracelet,earrings,necklace.the websites below bar the second one are all UK websites,but they do deliver,not sure how long delivery would be outside UK.

Go with something gold.....like a gold clutch and then a gold necklace and gold braclet and gold earings.
With that dress you can also go with diamonds liek a diamond necklace,bracelet, and earrings. I dont know about a bag though. lol

It really depends on your body. Skin color, hair, makeup, and jewelry decide too.
i mean you wouldn't have green eye shadow with bright pink shoes, would you.
