when all the fry hatch wont then start to fight with each other??

No! Not at all. Just watch very closely fopr aggresive behavior as they grow. You shouldnt have to worry about it for a while because it takes a little time for them to develop.

No, it takes a while for them to get to that stage. Watch them closely, but you do not need to worry when they are really small.
