show commitment, responsibility to progress, development of the country. Rather than asking for doles and reservations, every Indian Muslim should ask what he or she can do for the motherland India. Show respect to the Indian flag, indian national anthem, indian festivals and traditions

Put the nation before their religion. They should stop mixing religion to other matters of national importance like education, polio eradication, voting etc. They should think that they are Indian first and Muslim later.

To learn and teach more about Islam, to unite and work on improving the society as a whole. That means working on reducing poverty and encouraging community service. Encourage knowledge the way the Quran does. If you truly embrace Islam and interpret it correctly and apply it in your society, there will be less crime rates, more women would have their rights, and less children would die of hunger.
