Zounds! But of course we can! However, it's considered an archaic expression nowadays, meaning that no one uses it anymore in everyday speech.

Every day there are words that leave our English language and become extinct. Let's bring back some of these words and use them daily.
Zounds is a perfect example. Used to express anger, surprise, or indignation, I like this word much better then the words used in today's English. Zounds it much better don't you think?
So start using it around your friends and then they will start using it and before you know it you will hear this word more than the swear words you hear now. :-)
