I am assuming you want to increase the font size on a web page that you are designing. Inside the tags of your page define the font size in percents. For example

This is Firefox, same ideas can be done in the other vendors...

Keyboard shortcut is CTRL + or CTRL -

Go into Preferences --> Fonts --Advanced Fonts to change the default Style Sheet to sizes and styles

Simple:

With the browser open
Go to View
Text size
Large

In FireFox the same applies however you need to click Increase as opposed to large.

For Internet Explorer version 7:

Page
Text Size
Choose which size you require

If you use Mozilla Firefox, you can press "Ctrl[plus]+" to increase the font size. Use "Ctrl[plus]-" to decrease the font size
