ayone ever had an interview for scottish power? What kind of questions do they ask?

you need toa search on google for interview questions for scottish power. they shouldgive you a good idea of what you would be asked. otherwise these are what i would imagine you would be asked.
1, why do you want to work for scottish power.
2, do you know anybody who works for us.
3, what do you know about scottish power.
4, what hours are you looking for.
5, have you any experience.
6, what qualifications do you have.
7, what qualities could you bring to scottish power.
8, when could you start.
9, would you be flexible with hours.
10, why do you want to leave your current job.
11, how much notice do thy require and when could you start.
12, would you undertake any training organised by the company

They are all for the customer, where have you received the best customer service, what did the store do for you, what have you done for a customer that was going that extra mile. How would you deal with a customer over the phone that was angry about a issue, the answer they are looking for is getting a nice friendly atmosphere going with the customer, getting the customer to feel at ease with you. Hope this helps
