They are all for the customer, where have you received the best customer service, what did the store do for you, what have you done for a customer that was going that extra mile. How would you deal with a customer over the phone that was angry about a issue, the answer they are looking for is getting a nice friendly atmosphere going with the customer, getting the customer to feel at ease with you.
