I hope not! lol I know I don't wanna be related to some of my neighbors. I live in a trailer because it's alot cheaper than a house. I was actually going to purchase a home this past spring when this was paid off. However, there were alot of lay offs at work and I was one of those people. So, for alot of people is an economical thing. I do have a great next door neighbor who has been here pretty much their entire married life. They put in a brand new home a few years ago. They just really like the location and the park. They could afford a home but like it here.

No. Genetics is not the issue. Its financial means. Everyone needs a place to live and for some folks this is what they can afford. Unfortunately there are many trailer parks with questionable occupants. In my small town the police will admit that if the one trailer park were omitted, there would be relatively few significant crimes in our town. The trailer park is a like a breeding ground for trouble and I feel sorry for the innocent folks who are honest and hard working, but left to live in crime pits.
I've also seen very nice parks which are primarily senior citizens who take extreme pride in their property.

I hope that's not a serious question... it would mean that every person who lives in a trailer park ultimately stems from the same DNA. NO, that's like saying that all people who live in apartments are from a specific genetic group.

Oh sure stormy...all trailer people are genetically inbred. Are you serious stormy? Where do you live because wherever you live there must be some genetically idiots living there. There are some really nice trailer parks where people take pride in their homes. I live in a house now but I have lived in a few trailers and they are actually comfortable and homey.

Uhm, no.
People who live in a trailer park just choose to live there, either renting a mobile home, or owning it and renting a lot. It's a convenient place to live, actually.

no - trailer park people are specifically a societal class. its about money, not genes. however there are some really nice 'trailers' these days.
