a customer needs his web application which i will create.
that will be running under dailup connection ...
to be running as its dsl , or that the user see all things go smotly as he is working in a dsl

what can i make for that ?

in the coding wise .... not the design wise as it a web application not a web site.

try removing as many pictures as possible.
mabey have 2 options like for high speed connection with hi spec graphics. click here

try to find out if u could put images on the customers PC. e.x create a installation disk send it to them then it adds any images and creates link etc

Two images x 15 KB each for 6 seconds loading time
A minimum number of GIF files for such as dots, lines and buttons - I measured speed on loading 71 byte gif files via dial-up. Result was 17 per second.
