withdrawal by 2008 and holds another Mission Accomplished moment when the troops return....will that be a shining day for all American's? Or will the libs still hate him and refuse to say job well done?? lol

No, it won't be a shining day for Americans. It will be a grimy, bloody day when we can finally sigh in releif that our troops are safe at home.

And many people will still despise him for all the other things that he's done.

Besides, why should he get credit for the withdrawal when he's gone on record saying he'll veto any such timetable? You don't say "job well done" when someone else had to step in and forcibly clean up the mess.

Wow.Sounds like you're proud of that whole "Mission Accomplished"thing.

The"Surge" is designed to calm things down in Baghdad long enough for Dubya to claim victory,pull the troops out and blame it on the Democrats when it all goes to hell.

Wen he made that announcement, they had to turn the aircraft carrier around so the press would not see the San Diego sky line. It was political theater with out any substance. This war would be pale to the long term economic consequences of W. We have to make changes in the Federal Government budget soon or we will go bankrupt by the time I am ready to retire.

i hate to inform you but the troops will be there for a while!and no bush will not draw-down the troops not even if the blood shed continues,hes is very misguided in his thinking that 30,000 more troops will bring the peace.

sad to say but I think they will continue their ravings against this President! I predict the scenario you have laid out w/ regards to the war is exactly what will happen!
