what will happen if you give some one the wrong blood?

the body will try to reject it and they'll get sick and possibly die.

there are a few blood types that are ok, but mostly if the wrong type is giving death is common. It's a system wide "allergic reaction"

anaphylactic shock. this would be a system wide rejection of the blood. possibly and mostly death occurs
