Because the Palestinians INSIST it be this way. They're too thick to drop their own unwavering demand for the "destruction of Israel"....beats me why the world continues to put up with this garbage and allow these harbingers of the apocalypse to continue living on our planet.

The land of Canaan should be split in half. The northern half would be Palestine and the southern half Israel.
Both side would be disarmed, by force if necessary.
In the middle occupying Jerusalem would be the new U.N. HQ with a corridor that divides these lands from the Mediterranean to the Red Sea.
Stationed there should be 300,000 man multi-national Rapid Reaction Force capable of delivering a serious smack down to ANYONE in the region that acts out of line.
This solution creates peace in the region and gets the U.N. out of New York .

Because, the reality is that there is no middle ground for anyone who has any opinion on the matter.
Let us put it this way. Suppose a person wants to be pro Palestinian. Being a reasonable fellow, he (or she) also wants to be against terrorism in totality and be clear on that matter. Also, in the interests of fairness, they want a two state solution in which both Israelis and Palestianians live side by side in peace. Which would be a decent position to take.
That being the case, this person would have to be 100% against Hamas since it is a terrorist organization. They'd also have to be against Fatah, not only because of its terrorist past as the head of the PLO, but because its members engage in terrorism, encourage terrorism, and collaborate with terrorists (namely Hamas). They'd also have to run counter to the wishes of most Palestinians who elected the said terrorist organization and who do not support a two state solution but a one state solution in which Israel is destroyed.
So, what do you call someone who is pro Palestinian who is for a two state solution and is against Hamas, Fatah, and anything to do with terrorism? Why, they are Pro Israel!
Don't believe me? Well, try having those opinions and see how welcome you are at any "pro Palestine" rally in the Western world (especially on American campuses).
In my experience, the vast majority of people who claim they are balanced and say they denounce the "atrocities on both sides" (sic) only pay lip service (if at all) to condemning Hamas and the bulk of their critisim is leveled at Israel.
Like I said, no middle ground.

Because the USA, is a major player in the scheme of things, are led to believe falsely by the the Jewish controlled media, that they are Gods chosen people. When no-where in the Bible is that stated literally. The Christians and politicians who represent them, mostly back Israel, because doing otherwise must mean your going against God.
