Migraines can be caused by many different things. Caffeine especially or stress. With headaches and depression can go hand and hand. Try getting out for a walk and clear your head. Fresh air will do both problems good. I take Advil for mine. So as you realize you are getting one take it right away to help get a fight on it .Are you seeking help for your depression? If so ask your doctor about it. Researchers have found a connection between migraine headaches and depression.
The research supports the idea that depression and migraines share related biological factors, possibly hormonal or with brain chemicals. The evidence was based on a recent study of 496 adults with a history of migraines, 151 individuals with severe headaches, and 539 people without headache problems. During the 2-year study conducted by the Henry Ford Health System, people with migraines were 5 times more likely than headache-free individuals to develop major depression. Those with depression at the beginning of the study were 3 times more likely to develop migraines.

I don't know about depression, but migrane is easy. I use the amcal brand pain relief plus, take two as soon as you get the first twinge of a headache. I find its alot harder to get rid of a migrane once it's set in. Other than that, its quiet dark places to lay down and have a sleep till its gone. Aspro Clear is suppost to work well too.

LOOK THESE UP and or get a Doctor's advice.
Migraines:
MAGNESIUM/ CALCIUM 400 mg of Mag and 100 mg of Cal.
Take with food.
DEPRESSION:
5-HTP: 100 mg 3 TIMES a day. Concult your doctor if you are taking antidepresants. also for migraines.
VITAMIN B COMPLEX 1 pill each morning WITH FOOD.
LOOK for B-50 with 50mcg vit. B12 and biotin; 400mcg folic acid an 50 mg other B vitamins.
VIT. C 500 mg 3 times a day..reduce dose if you have diarrea.
CAL/BAG see above.
St. John's wort 300 mg 3 times a day...
TRY to not take anitdepressants, it can be done!
I mean IF you are on them do not just stop...but IF you have not started them try supplements and vitamins first. They take a bit longer but do not mess up your body like antidepresants do.
The migraines are your bodies way of telling you there might be something wrong, it could be an embalance of the,Vitamins and Minerals your body needs or something MORE SERIOUS!
So see a doctor but do not let them just give you PAIN medication to cover it up.
Make sure your doctor does some sort of tests to find the reason behind the pain.

both depression and migrains have several reasons. But in a forum like this, neither asker gives details, nor answerer expects. a simple remedy you try.
1. Mix dry giner powder 1/2 tsp, turmeric powder 1/4 tsp in 1-2 tsp of milk/ghee. add more ghee/milk to make smooth paste. apply to forehead for 2 hours and afterwards, wash the paste away. do this 3 times a day.
2. simple depression killer tea is here along with supporting anecdotal expereince of a patient cured.
take 11 tulsi leaves, 1/2 tsp ginger powder, jaggery 10-20 grams, boil for 10 minutes and drink this tea look warm 3 times a day.
you may also eat 4 dates soaked overnight, mixed with 2-4 pinches of Godanti Bhasma, only once a day.

A wife of a friend of mine had migraines so bad that they had to black out the picture windows in their house, once she started on Isagenix she has not had one since. I also know of people on isagenix that have quit taking their anti depressants and feel just fine.
