Never put a stallion and a gelding together!!! The stallion will beat on the gelding. Two geldings together should be fine. If you are asking this question, why do you have a stallion?

2 geldings you can have together,
heck if their are no mares present you can have 2 stallions together too.

infact in the wild bands of "bachlor" stallions hang out together normally.

as far as a stallion and gelding together goes - first keep then in pens next to each other - it will depend on the agressiveness of the stallion and how he was raised prior - some people keep stallions completely shut off from other horses so they dont know how to interact with other horses. Some people keep stallions "free run" with their mares and geldings - these stallions learn how to be sociable with other horses.

A stallion kept entirely seperate and only exposed to mares when they are in heat will be too agressive to be with a gelding without a long introduction period. He has to learn that not every horse he meets will be allowing of him to breed.

SO basically this question has a yes and a no answer depending on a lot of stuff.

there is no reason to own a stallion unless he is purebred, registered, and will be going to shows as a stallion to prove he is worthy of being kept intact - otherwise do him a favor and geld him.

Why would you want a stallion? most people can't handle them. They are not good for riding as if there is a mare in heat they will not listen to any command but go with instinct.Very dangerous situation.Yes 2 geldings are fine...Gelding and stallion may be a problem as the stallion may feel threatened and chase and hurt the gelding...

You really cannot put a stallion with anything. They're very unpredictable and aggressive, and as someone said, they're not much good for riding anyway. Two geldings should get along just fine.

because geldings are... they can be together. However, stallions should be kept by themselves b/c they will try to attack geldings and try to hurt and or breed mares.
