I bought a lemon tree sapling from Walmart, it's blooming all over the place, but, the leaves are turning yellow and falling off! The lime tree sapling and the orange tree sapling are doing fine, however. What could be the cause?

this is my second attempt at answering your question, my first answer went to long. I was thinking it could be a bad root system, but you have so many blooms, there are alot of insects that like blooms, such as aphids are thrips. Have you examined your blooms and leaves as well as the branches, look closely for insects, it could also be mites, when you buy the fungicide, try to find a combo of insecticide and fungicide. After the lemons begin to form, you may have new leaf growth, all the energy is going in to the production of fruit and food is being taken by the blooms now. You may want to give it more fertilizer while you have blooms, and after while the fruit is forming, one thing you don't want to do is let it dry out while it is forming fruit, keep the soil moist not wet, the only other thing would be an unhealthy root system, brown roots or root rot from having the roots in heavy wet soil for to long. If you have been watering to much cut back and let the soil dry out, not dry dry, but enough to take some weight out of the soil. Not sure if you have this still in the container or in the ground, hope I helped a little. Check for the insects though.

We are having the same problem! We were told the yellow leaves were due to over watering. Even when we cut back on the water, the leaves are still falling off. Now we are thinking it is a type of fungus. We bought an anti-fungal spray and we are going to try that. I hate to spray them so I will watch your question to see if you get any better ideas. Good luck!

I love the indoor lemon tree. Smells so good. Water every 7-10 days. Don't repot. Pests are big problem. I found my old link that helped us in the past.
