it seems impractical to have a team of who knows how many readers hired by Yahoo to look at all the questions posted throughout all the categories and keep score, just as it would be prohibitively expensive to have a similar team looking individually at every abuse report. i'm guessing that abuse reports probably run in to the tens of thousands daily at the barest minimum, and that's why they're being dealt with so poorly.
