why is it that some vagina's are wet and others dry is it sickness?

Well lets say there is no sickness behind it which can be a cause for vaginal dryness. But lets say you are perfectly healthy, so the cause in this case may be lack of foreplay, lack of arousal, and any other sexual negligence. Some females take some time to get turned on, comparing to man's 2 min, females take at least 10 min to get completely juiced up. Unfortunately its a big issue to a lot of females. Most of the females are effected by this issue, when in most cases is more mental and then health issue.
Lets say you do want your guy badly but you are not wet enough and he feel like he not good enough and you dont want him, or lets say your woman is not wet enough for you (not sure whats ur gender and who u ask this question for so i had to cover both cases) and its not a mental issue now then it may be heath problem. Menopause females can have vaginal dryness issue, which is actually known medically as vaginal dryness. Also hyper thyroid may be an issue, but only in concern of women that are obese. Other issues may be there if she is a young female and on birth control pill or shot. Usually instructions never say that she may have vaginal dryness, but it leads to it because instructions may say that she may have mode changes, and believe me that means sexual mood changes too. Most of birth control pills have following side effect: mood changes, weight gain, breast fullness or tenderness, headaches, and decreased sex drive may also occur with pill use. So no worries, but you being a man (if you are a man) you can do what you as a man suppose to do. Take your time with her, get her in a mood, flip her off her feet with a hot juicy foreplay and keep being that man that can satisfy her everytime you both in a mood. If you a girl, stop stressing, do the best you can and try not to concentrate on this problem, because mentally it will always fail you. Trust me on that one, speaking off experience.

It all depends in the MAN that the woman is having a relationship. If he is kind and loving, and patient enough to make foreplay last long enough, then he will get her wet.
