Shakira without a doubt!!
She haves a cool voice, really strong, a beautiful body, she knows how to dance, she writes her own songs.
More important she cares about poor kids.... created her foundation Pies Descalzos when she was only 18.
She's really down to earth, she's smart.
A lot of her songs have a meaning, and she signs what she wants to, not caring what other people say.
She has work with other talented mucisians (Beyonce, Alejandro Sanz, Santana, Wycley Jean)
Her concerts are really cool becasue she's really close to her fans, she jokes with us (fans)
She's popular because of the way she is not becasue she has been in 100 scandals like other "famous people" that become famous becasue of the kind of like they had (Lindsay Lohan, Britney Spears, Anna Nicole Smith, ect...)
She hasn't forgotten where she came from....
No doubt Shakira is the best...

Shakira because she can dance, sing, and have great songs. She has a wide range as an artist and her music is always fresh and surprises you. PCD just dances sexy and Fergie music can be irritating after awhile.

Shakira, at least she has talent, she sounds smart, writes most of her songs and can dance really well.
The PCD are just a bunch of skinny girls with the intellectual depth of a todler.
Fergie just plain irritating.

If I were to pick one it would be Fergie because she has the figure, and don't get me wrong I like Shakira, but half the time in her songs I can't understand a word she is saying.
