Hmmm... typically man-lotion is an internally applied salve.
Sounds to me like this was a case of infidelity, hence the lack of time to remove said garment and the trepidation in the correct placement of said deposit.

My suggestion is to burn the dress, since us men seldomly even notice clothing and probably won't say "honey, where is that darling little blue dress you used to wear". After you burn it, you should go to the the local tattoo parlor and have a large RED A inked on your forehead.

Man lotion, now there is a new word. Next time take your dress off before you do it, and if that can't be done rinse with water before it dries.

shout works well on body fluids in general, (blood, semen, etc.) it might also help to use clorox bleach for colors as well.
