I would be fairly effective IF they are used correctly. However the mini pill must be taken at the same time each day.
Also remember that spermicide can increase the risks of STIs, UTI and many women are allergic or become allergic over time.
Spermicides are more effective if used with a barrier (sponge, diaphram, cervical cap, Lea's sheild) but all of these are less effective after having a baby. (I am assuming you are on the mini pill because you are breastfeeding).

Yes, you can. This will be more effective than using only one method. (Obviously this does not prevent s.t.d.s)
