I am agnostic, and won't ever be faced with the same particulars you are. I would say that anyone needs to do what they think is morally right. But, I think you need to make sure first that this isn't for you ego, and is indeed for your faith. If you leave your job and subject your family to poverty so you can feel holy then you are just the opposite. But if you sacrifice all the physical comforts of the world for your faith, then you are doing something noble. If it is the latter, go for it and good luck.

Absolutely, your faith in God should be your number one priority in life. If you had to leave a job in order to save your faith then God would have another one waiting for you.

Yes.
I am an atheist but I would quit if I were forced to participate
in regular religious ceremonies at work...
A short morning prayer is not a problem and I love Christmas
& Easter...

Lose My Faith?That could never happen .I don't see how i could possibly lose my faith.but i would do anything to keep faith .as faith has saved my life on many occasion's. and life is important .soul is more important.

if my employer ask me to do something that is against my religion...i'd say no. if they can't tolerate that, then it's sayonara.
there is so many jobs out there that i can apply for.

yes, I would leave it. my employer cannot and will never dictate my religion. I do work in a Catholic hospital and I am Babtist.
