63 is not as old as it used to be. My grandparents looked really old at 63 but these days people are taking better care of themselves and working out and realizing the benefits of good health. 63 is the new 50! My dad is 67 and someone tried to guess his age not too long ago and they guessed his age at 49. He was stunned, but he is a former marine and has taken good care of himself.
In Mick Jaggers case, he has lived the rock n roll life style for all these years. Once you get used to a certain lifestyle that requires many demands like performing, it gets in your blood... You never forget.

Well, Mick Jagger is a testament to people who are in their 60's. He is still a size 29 and he still knows how to ROCK! Even though I am in my early 30's, I hope I am still boogieing, like Mr. Jagger when I hit my 60's.

I thought he was older than that. With proper exercise and diet he could probably go another 20 years. Tony Bennet still performs and I think he is about 80
