I really enjoyed it when Hannibal Lecter sawed off the top of Ray Liotta's head and cooked and ate his brains right in front of him, while he was still alive and so drugged up he had no idea what was going on. Bonus points to Hannibal for getting Liotta to eat some of his own brain matter. This happened in "Hannibal".

The bit in silence if the lambs when hannibal lector uses some guys face over his face to escape out the prison, how cool was that?? but i'd agree that the nastiest bit out of them all is in Hannibal when he feeds that guy his own brains eww! gross!

I think it was in Silence of The Lambs when Hannibal Lector hung the policeman from the bars of his prison cell. He also sliced his stomach so his bowels were hanging out...very gory. Also, you could say that Hannibal cooking a mans brains and feeding them to him. The one that always get me from Hannibal is when he hangs Detective Pazzi from a building with his bowels hanging out.

The scene where the villain was his own feet being eaten bit by bit by pigs. Can't remember the name, sorry, only sure it's not the first one ( not counting the older one not with Hopkins), nor is this latest one.

i think it was pretty gruesome,when that rich
guy ,strong out on drugs peeled off his face
with a piece of glass.
the whole scene about eating brains,was impressive but not really that disgusting becouse it was done in such a clean way.

ripped the face off the cop , and placed it over his face and changed into the cops clothes, they put him in the ambulance thinking he was the cop, and he hid the body of the real cop in the man roof of the elevator, and the blood was dripping down on the floor, then opened the man roof and the mutilated face and body of the cop fell out, they then realised that hannible was in the ambulance i thhink..i cant remember it that clearly...sick stuff....

The scene where he escapes from his cell/cage in "Silence of the Lambs"----he escapes, and when it is discovered the guard watching him is found to have been cut open, disemboweled, and tied and spread like Jesus on the cross........
