I'm presuming as this question is in education, you are asking this in relation to a classroom experience.
I work in secondary school at the moment and we have a few strategies in place. I always smile and have a little giggle to myself!!!!
Time out works well, go out of the room so you can take yourself away from the situation and hopefully calm down.
Try doodling and ignoring the situation you have become angry at.
Take a stress reliever into school.......sometimes this can be a very squishy ball that you can take out your anger on while sat at the table so nobody knows.
Go and speak to your school mentor and ask if there is any help they can offer you, that's what they are there for!!!!
Good luck, I know its not easy to calm down sometimes

punch a pillow
chomp on sum gome HARD
Put some ice in ur hand and let it melt
go wash sum dishes, it allways calms me down (but if ur really angry then u might brake sum, so maybe u shouldnt try this one?"
take a icy cold shower
take an icy cold bath (not to cold dnt want u to die and have someone sue me)
get a ballon filled with sand and squeeze. it works for people with stress, but i guess it could work for people with anger to.

Am I correct in assuming you want to calm down?
I was always advised that in a stressful situation I ought to take a deep breath and count to 10 before doing or saying anything.
Hope this helps.

This is a hard question to answer--if u are not doing any drugs then it is simple--devert ur attentions -stop say "I have no control over another adult human being" --however' if u have any mind alternating drugs in ur system it is impossible not to freak out and show ur butt
