Depends, try to make sure there is nothing identifiable in your photo (apart from your face of course),
Don't post a photo of youself holding a big sign with your bank details on it for instance.

Yes but dont tell people personal information because there is loads of hackers in the world that would try to get your credit card number or other stuff.
