I would like to live in 1 BHK in a apartment with Swimming pool park , and covered park. I would prefer the rent not to exceed 60 K DHM. Given these conditions could any one tell me where to locate my residence in Dubai

Since Al-Garhoud is not a residential area, why you didn't search a place in Deira side, near to clock tower area or behind Al-Ghurair centre. You can go to your office through Maktoum bridge and the distance to your kid's school is also not far. I observed that the rent is not much higher in these areas if we compare with Bur Dubai/ Karama sides.

I think Deira is the best place to stay. I find Karama a bit dull. Sorry to the poster above :)

I think you'll be able to find suitable accomodation here and find something within your budget and within the area you're looking for. You can also ask the advertiser a question before you decied to actually move.

Ah sis..... you should have WARNED me!!!
