Drain any one, or all of the brake caliper, or wheel cylinder bleeder screws. Be sure to bench bleed the new master cylinder before you install it in the car.

Do you know how to bleed brakes? Do you have a manual? I would recommend that you get one for your car.
I would follow Rackel advice,
Since you are putting on a new master cylinder you can loosen the bleeder valves at the end of your wheel cylinders or calipers and gravity bleed them or I would hook up the new master cylinder then run the new fluid through the lines pushing out the old fluid. You might need a couple bottle of brake fluid.
The process is simply if you have a person willing to help you.
Normall you work from the rear, right, left, then front, right, left, the repeat the process. 1st make sure all valves turn, have the proper wrench handy, and close all valves, have your partner pump down on the brake pedal several times then hold the pedal to the floor, you open the valve let fuild out until it stops, then close the valve then the patner pumps the brakes again. Do one wheel a couple times then move to another and continue repeating this process.
You will need to do this several times. You need to keep doing this unitil the brake pedal has pressure again. You no when it is right, if you do not know if it is right then it is not.
Have fun and good luck. If you are over your head get a mechanics help.

1. Remove the front tires.
2. Carefully loosen the RH bleeder on the caliper
3. Place a container under each caliper
4. Install a small vacuum line on each bleeder
5. Slowly depress the brake pedal all the way to floor - repeat
6. If no fluid - remove the bleeder & clean out the dirt with a drill bit.
7. Allow fluid to completely drain into the container.
8. Follow directions provided for bleeding prior to installation. Once Master Cyl. is installed it's a good idea to flush the old fluid out of the entire system. Fill the reservoir with Dot 3 brake fluid.
9. Start with the RF. Open the bleeder. Depress the brake pedal a couple of times. The fluid will gravity bleed. Constantly monitor the fluid level.
10. Once the fluid runs clear, & no bubbles are present, close the bleeder - goto the front right - repeat the proceedure at each wheel.
- Then the RR
- Then the LR
11. Check that all bleeders are closed.
12. Check brake pedal is not spongy. If so repeat the proceedure.
13. Spray spilled brake fliud with brake clean, or a much cheaper aternative is to by a container of Methyl Hydrate & transfer it to squirt bottle.
14. Install tires & road test
Good Luck

STOP!!! do not go any further! you are messing with a system that if not properly bled and serviced can lead to injuring yourself or others.
1st off, when bleeding the brake system you need to ensure that you have the proper tools and knowledge to perform such tasks.
2nd, you can open either of the lines and let it gravity bled or get a suction devise(turkey baster) and remove fluid from the master cylinder this way.
3rd, upon completion of removal and installation of master cylinder, be sure to bench bled the master cylinder first and then bleed the entire system starting from the right rear tire to left rear tire to right front to left front. You can do this easier if you have a pressure devise with an ample amount of brake fluid in reserve. ENSURE that there is no air in the system.
4th, AND MOST IMPRTANT, if you don't know what you are doing, leave it to a professional!!!!

to prevent mess . use a fender cover and rags paced below master cyl. then use a "turkey baster" to remove the bulk of old fluid from resivour. after replacement the brakes must be bled at each wheel [bleed until clean fluid comes out of each bleeder valve at each wheel.] good luck ]
