Yep, works better like that just dont let mascara build up on the curler itself because your eyelashes get stuck to them. Also heating them up using a hairdryer (if they're the metal ones) makes them work really well too.

Its better to used it before, because then all you need to do is enhance your eyelashes with mascara, anyways, mascara gets all over your eyelash curler and its a mess.

You can but I wouldn't because you can pull out eye lashes from the mascara sticking to the eye lash curler.

If you wanted, but it is supposed to be used just before applying mascara. Curling lashes after applying mascara often leaves a clumpy, rigid look to the lashes.

You're supposed to curl your lashed BEFORE you apply mascara. Otherwise there's a possibility of ripping some hairs out.

yes you can, but it would be better to use it before, so you get most of the mascara on
not just squished and splattered on after, it messes up the mascara
plus, curling, then putting on mascara makes it extra curly and long
yup

sure you can. anything's possible... but i highly suggest that you use your eyelash curler before mascara. that way your lashes will look sky-high and also they won't be as clumpy. *just suggesting*

It's best to use it before you apply the mascara. It might damage your lashes.
