my appointment is in 18 hours from now. i feel like going to the bathroom but if i do now, i won't be able to take a sample before my appointment. should i hold or take the sample now? sorry this is embarasing but i dont know what 2 do

Hi,...I advice you to go and do it without thinking about the appointment.And just reschedule ur appointment till tommorow and eat lots of food in order to be sure u make it by then....because the fresher the **** is ..the better for the analysis.It should be fresh.

It is perfectly all right to take the test now. A day or so before your appointment is just fine. Don't worry, and good luck.

Take a sh*t now and then just eat alot and if you still are not ready to go in 18 hours, take an ex lax about an hour before..

do it now take it down tell them you couldn't wait any longer they will understand.
