Best real estate websites, forums and blogs?

Question

I know about http://www.CREOnline.com (great site) and the Motley Fool sites (US and UK). Are there any other investment forums that have an active community of investors sharing useful information?

If you know of real estate blogs that are worth reading please provide the URL and why you like the blog. Thanks in advance.

As a RE investor for over 20 years (multiple states & countries) I enjoy helping others with their RE questions. I have found that listening to what other investors find is working in the marketplace is a great way to stay current.

ttpawpaw - I think you missed the point of the question. I am looking for website/blogs, etc. that real estate investors find useful. Nothing more. As I did note I am an investor. Not a licensed agent (bad idea for investors in many cases). Bad guess on the country - US investor; I invest in the US and other locations. No problems with the URL I posted so the problem might be at your end. Did you have any suggested sites for RE investors?

I am trying to figure you out. I don't think you are a licensed agent anywhere, I am not sure that you are even from the US.
Wordpress.com is a create your own blog site, which by the way has been suspended. I read some of your items there and couldn't find any real point to them. It seems more like rambling than material that people would really be interested in. After the only credibility in a blog site is its content, and yours seems low to me.

I have put together a website / forum for investors. Now if only I had another contributor and promoter of the forum, perhaps part owner, I could get this thing off the ground! :)
