I have two pcs sharing the same internet connection via the same wireless router. Is it possible that my other pc be infected with a virus from my other pc?

not if ur firewall blocks it.....ur firewall should block anything NASTY from leaving a pc....and also from getting into a pc
if u do not have a firewall
yes u can become infected

Well, it certainly seems plausible cause if ur sending files which may be inadvertently infected with viruses/if ur sharing files, especially system files.
Try to run a scan with a good anti-virus(like AVG) on both the PCs to check for any threats or viruses.

If the second PC is a Mac or it's running Linux, then no, not likely. If it's got Windows, chances are pretty good that it's already infected.

I agree with NK although soon AVG will no longer be free. Try using avast! to check for viruses, it is free and works well. Unfortunately firewalls are not perfect.
