G'day,

The first answerer is spot on. You also have to be aware that as an international student you can only work for max. 20hrs/week during school days and full-time only during holiday as part of your student visa regulations. Therefore you cannot rely on income from Australia to support yourself. I was an international students in Australia as well and I've seen alot of my fellow international students ran out of funds before able to finish their study. Therefore please-please-please budget very well before accepting the offer and come to Australia.

Please do not get me wrong. I'm not asking you not to come, but I just want you to realise what may happen if you have the wrong concept of study and work in Australia.

Hope this helps. Good luck on your study :)

i don't think so... don't for get you have to pay rent and your own food cost. you can get a visa to work once you are already in australia. it may take a week or two...

good luck.
ps the best easy jobs to get are as a waiter or a store clerk.
