I got pulled over last night while I was completely dressed in drag. I was wearing a short skirt, bra, panties, wig, makeup, stockings, fake nails and 5" heels. I was then asked to perform field sobriety tests and let me tell you it is difficult to do so when wearing heels. I was let go because I was not drinking at all, but those cops got a good laugh and I was thoroughly embarrassed. I was just wondering if anyone had a more embarrassing situation or if they could think of one so I could avoid it. Stories are good too thanks.

If the cops got a good laugh, they were being insensitive. Not the best way for a cop to act!.. When you start going out dressed, it is just something you have to get used to. I was stopped one time and the cops were very professional about it.

This has not happened to me, but an embarrassing situation would be to wake up say in the middle of busy city centre just wearing bra and knickers, and not knowing where you are.

It'll be a funny story five years from now. That's pretty embarassing. If it makes you feel better I got caught on video camera dancing and I had to have a talk with my boss and store manager about it. I was soooo embarassed at the time.

Cops are usually good friends with paramedic females who themselves are largely homophobic and racist, that's where all the fear comes from. Their butch paramedic female friends actually want to be more like males themselves in real life, so the cops haven't seen anything new or unusual that they haven't seen before...your case isn't unusual just different...

Um, a girl would take off her heels before trying to walk a straight line under those circumstances.

Don't be embarrassed. What other people think is not important. If you are happy with what you do then do it. Do it often and in front of others so you can feel more at ease.

You obviously haven't lived that long if you consider that to be the most embarrassing thing that can happen to a person.

Take comfort in knowing however that nobody has ever died from embarrassment. :)
