Its because China leads the race in political power ,money,infrastructure.They dont even consider us to be worth worrying about.They think we are just a poor nation full of people and without money.
In the other hand we are obsessed with them because our goverment needs all methods to take their opinion in hand.They are the makers of the nation which is being referred to as the new first world.If they help us we will be at a huge advantage.

China is in a commanding position in Asia. It has mighty military power atomic weapons and power to destroy all communication satellites of India by press of a button.So they are capable of paralysing India any time they want. India cannot even fight back with its out mod-ed weapons and technology
