i love my work place but now it's so boring out there.all my frnds had left the job .what shalll i do now? shal i start looking for another job?

you know we have the same situation goin on. all my friends and co-workers that i like have gone on to persue greener pasteurs..don't leave just because they're gone.. hey, at least you got a job right? check your options, and be sure you have a fall back plan when you decide to leave..in other words, you better have a new job waiting for you. :)

First of all, you need to ask yourself how much you like your job, is it worth leaving this current job? if you're a money driven person, how is your pay now? will your next job have as high a pay?
Next question is your qualifications, but i'll say, that it doesn't harm looking for other jobs and find out about them and the pay, if all is well, quit this job and get a new one, but remember that doing abit of research is betther than just quitting on impluse.
Finally, is it really THAT important that your friends are in the same job as you? maybe new people will get employed and you can make more new friends. You can still keep in contact with the ones that left.
Yup, keep all this questions in mind and find your own answers, i hope you'll be able to make a decision soon, good luck!!!

I feel two components one is work place and the other is your friends. Friends have already left as for them work place had no meaning now as you like your work place you are still there and in absence of your friends you are getting bored. It is a clear cut indication that instead of work place your friends were material to like your work place. Now, you have two choices, one make new friends or leave the job and join the job where your friends have joined

you love your work place!but the question is do you love or like your job?first thing you should consider -that you must like or love your job because if not you're just wasting your time and effort there.you must be contented and enjoy of what you're doing.why you have to follow the footstep of your friends we're all different-knowledge and capability if they can't do it maybe you can.i think you have the ability and the capability of whatever your position now.GOOD LUCK!

be strong... a dare on u that u can work without ur friends around or make new friends...! but dont change the job without a specific reason... ur friends are not around shows u r emotional.... get out it.... person who is emotional cant achive anything in life.... country needs strong people... be strong.. mam...
