what are you talking about dude?

Is this about your cousin and your sister?

There are two bones in your forearm- the radius and the ulna..when one of them breaks close to the hand, we call this a broken wrist. It can be just a crack- non diplaced fracture, or worse yet it can be comminuted and displaced and sticking out of the skin. In any case, it requires some kind of trauma to the wrist to do so- twisting, hitting, etc. It would take a lot of weight to sustain a crush injury to your wrist.

There may be a reason behind it but whatever it is, isn't good enough. I've had a broken wrist, it's extremely painful and later in life it may cause you other problems. Don't be such an idiot.

It's painful. But get a friend. Grab his collar. Ask him to hold your hand in both of his and snap it downwards. Your wrist will break.

Why on earth would you want to do that? You could need surgery or end up breaking it in a way that it would never be the same again.
