Do you think that, just maybe, this guy had Methodist sermons beat into his head for years that sounded something like, "If you're not with us, you're against us?"

Oh man this is new one. I needed a good laugh today. What has your university professor told you now? What is wrong with someone who has convictions and actually does what he says. I don't seem to remember any Bush cutting off the heads of methodist non believers so how do you even justify such a statement.

The problem with your question is, Bush is not a religious fanatic. He's a born-again Christian. Doug Wead described Bush's conversion from alcoholic frat boy to respectable tee-totaler. The reason for his acceptance of Christ into his life is he was going to lose his wife and daughters and they mean more to him than everything else in the world combined. Yes, his wife was going to leave him if he didn't change. He found the strength to change through religion.

Does that sound like a "fanatic" to you?

no longer Methodist sermons. The Methodists were undemanding for his or her liberal attitude to faith. they actually do the artwork of Jesus Christ, like feeding and garments the unfavourable. that's the brilliant correct-winged religions that Bush has been listening to, likely the Assemblies of God that's headed up by ability of radicals like Pat Robertson and Jerry Falwell, that imagine they're prophets of God that were appointed to carry forth Armageddon, basically English for Jihadists or "holy warriors." They carry at the same time monry for his or her church homes and then pocket it and donate to the Republicans. .
