That was a DVD collage of all the episodes of struggles from different people and emotional break downs mostly involving Bart such as "Marge Be Not Proud" (one of the 4 episodes in the DVD episode collage) when Bart stole that overly violent video game from the Try N Save, and that was when Marge became upset over Bart's mishap. The title is a pun for the struggles with Bart and other people, not a parody of Star Wars even though it was released the same day as Star Wars III: Revenge of the Sith. Do not let that confuse you.
