I have this male friend and he dance like a girl sometimes and some friends and I gave him a few girly nick names.
I am girl I was wanting to find a test to give him with out him knowing what I am trying to figure our.
He does have a kind of girly walk too though.

Best test is to watch his eyes. Boys are always on the look out for sex. If he looks at boys in a crowed more than girls then he's gay.
Simply sit in a restaurant or cafe and see who he looks at when people walk by.
