try to get a lactation consultant they can give you a list of foods that can aid in production of milk, oatmeal is a good one. If you work, try to pump 1-2 times while there. feed your baby before you go to work and as soon as you get home. There is also a special tea you can try. try this website:

The best (and often easiest) way to increase your supply is to feed your baby more. That is, let your baby set the length of the feed (don't pull them off before they are finished) and then offer both sides again after 20mins (in the same order).

Squeeze in extra feeds during the day and offer one or two at night if you are not feeding at night. Prolactin (the milk-producing hormone) levels are higher at night so even one night feed with help increase your supply.

Don't offer formula complements or water but offer your breast again at these times. It will take a few days for your supply to increase but it should happen. You might need to cancel any outings/appointments you have for a few days and just stay home and feed your baby and don't do much else. Increased activity can reduce your supply.

Express after a feed and offer the Expressed Breast Milk (EBM) after the next feed or even freeze it for later use and just offer your breast again.

The more milk is taken out, the more your breast will make.

Good luck!

Breastfeed more.

There are herbs and whatnot but if you increase your supply too much past what your baby is eating you will only cause problems for the both of you.

Read this to figure out if your supply is really low:

Be well-hydrated. If you're not drinking enough water or milk on your own, you won't make enough.
