from the recycle bin it goes onto the hard drive under a different filename that can not be read (usually)by the operating system and therefore shows up as deleted and makes that space it occupies available for overwriting(which is why you should stop using hard drive if you need to recover)

the only TRUE way to get rid of data(peace of mind) is to replace harddrive with new one. unless you get a VERY GOOD file shreddar

computer don't run out of memory you're getting memory mixed up with hard disk space,
when you delete something it isn't actually deleted all that happens is the entry for the file is remove from the index in nfts file systems and the place where the file was is marked for reuse so a file can be recovered easily with the right software it can ever be recovered if it's been written over with the right software so you can't truly delete a file so it's unrecoverable

To my understanding a computer will "delete" from a recycle bin from there its truly lost or just plain "burned" up, this question still confuses the heck outta me but thats how i understand it, it just gets simply lost and gone and its not on your hard drive or anywhere.

You cannot erase data from your hard drive, you just break it up into tiny modules, but some people say that if you format your hard drive 7 times, all data on it will be erased completely.
